Teachers Training at Don Bosco Central School, Puthuppally

The two-day teacher training held at Don Bosco Central School Puthuppally on May 29th and 30th, 2023, provided an enriching experience for the thirty eight teachers in attendance. By exhorting the teachers to be “Salesian teachers” following Don Bosco’s method, the training aimed to inspire educators to integrate Don Bosco’s educational philosophy into their teaching practice.

The sessions handled by both Fr. Manu and Br. Ajeesh focused on understanding students, promoting self-esteem, self-care, positive attitude, creativity, preventive measures, Salesian pedagogy, and fostering positive student-teacher relationships. This training will help teachers enhance their teaching skills, establish a positive classroom environment, and positively impact their students’ lives.
