The Safety Committee of Don Bosco College, Mampetta and Kerala Fire and Rescue Services, Mukkom, tied hands together to organise a disaster management programme in the college.
Rev. Fr. Joby M Abharam, Principal of Don Bosco College, inaugurated the programme. The programme was arranged to make the students capable of responding creatively and responsibly to the challenges arising during disasters.
Mukkom Fire Rescue officers Mr. A. Nipin Das, Mr. K. S. Sharath and Mr. C. F. Joshy led the program. Mr. K. V. Vijayan, the Vice Principal, welcomed the gathering and Mr. Santhosh Augustine, the PRO of the college, delivered the vote of thanks.
