On Sunday, June 4, 2023, the Don Bosco Youth Centre came together to celebrate World Environment Day in a meaningful manner. As part of the event, DBYS members took the initiative to distribute over 250 tree saplings, promoting the importance of environmental conservation.
The celebration also included the planting of several trees within the campus premises. Fr. Guilton Mannuel, the Director, and Fr. Raju Philip, actively participated in this tree planting activity, symbolizing their commitment to preserving the environment.
The event witnessed the presence of C.J. Joseph, General Secretary, and other esteemed leaders, who showed their support for the cause. Their presence further highlighted the significance of environmental awareness and the need for collective action in safeguarding our planet.
