Empowering Educators: DBYS and CMC Sisters Join Forces for Teacher Training Program

In a collaborative effort, DBYS and the education department of renowned CMC Sisters, Udaya Province, Irinjalakuda, conducted a half-day training program for sisters who are teachers. Over 90 sisters teaching in various schools and colleges participated in the training programme. Fr. Manu Michael delivered insightful sessions aimed to provide them with valuable guidance and knowledge to enhance their teaching skills. The sisters were engaged in interactive discussions and practical exercises, gaining new perspectives and strategies to enrich their teaching practices. This training session is expected to empower the sisters to become even more effective educators, positively impacting the students they serve. The programme was concluded with an adoration service.
