Fanning the Flame of Leadership: DBYS Ignites KCYM Leaders at Spark 2K23 Training in Alappuzha Diocese!

DBYS conducted one day leadership training, Spark 2K23, for the KCYM leaders of the Diocese of Alappuzha at Diocese Pastoral Centre, Alappuzha, on 6th May 2023. The programme guided the participants, about forty of them, to be effective and confident leaders through various sessions like Christian Leadership, Faith- a task to lead and scope and challenges of leadership.
