Unleashing Potential: Flair 2K23 Empowers 42 Participants in Personality Development and Leadership Training Camp!

Four-day Personality Development and Leadership Training Camp, Flair 2K23 was conducted by DBYs at Little Flower Church, Elamkulam from 17th to 20th April, 2023. The total participants were forty two. The camp assisted the participants to overcome their fears with regards to public speaking, taking initiatives, working in groups, forming healthy friendships and becoming energetic leaders and active members of the parish and society at large. The street play and other programmes stages by the participants vouched to the effectiveness and success of the training camp.
